New Study - SAP SD

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera, Tak pernah terdetik saya nak dapat buat SAP SD, tak pernah tau pon sebelum ni SAP tu apa. Tapi rezeki semua Allah SWT yang tentukan. Kini saya purely support SAP. Well, saya belajar dari bawah. Cuma ada basic training dan tak pernah pon attend memane config training. Sekarang saya dah masuk tahun dua. SAP memang bikin stress tapi sebab saya minat kot. So saya boleh cari resolution. Well, yes now I am really happy. Dulu masa mula-mula masuk office eii marah sangat sebab tak boleh nak go on dengan SAP. Then minta queue manager tolong, bagi tickets untuk belajar. Dia setuju and start assign. Pergh, satu hape pon tak tahu. All jargon words wei..Mula-mula blur. tak tahu nak buat ape. Minta tolong senior kat India terangkan. One two times they did help but where there a third times well I got a small reminder. This is what they told me " Well, this is your ticket, and I am doing the analysis for you. Do you know what I need to go through to this analysis? I will help to let go my precious time which I can use at my own ticket. Let say I manage to resolve your ticket, you can close the ticket and what I can get in return? This is not fair right?" .. Apa yang dia cakap buat tu buat saya tersedar. Oh, ini must not a good practice. I should change. I should read more. At that moment I suddendly turn into workaholic staff. Waktu bekerja 9 sampai 8 malam. 1 ticket refer buku, web, forum, discussion memang amik masa. And sementara nak faham memang sakit kepala. Power speck pon tetiba je naik sebab mata dah macam nak masuk dalam screen. Lunch time lambat, break time jarang amik. Weekend study, anak2 naik boring. Tapi alhamdullillah, berkat usaha gigih SAP SD dah boleh buat. Satu kebanggaan, satu kemenangan. Tapi betullah manusia selalu tamak. Tak pernah puas dengan yang satu. Bila dah pandai sikit, nak pandai lagi dan nak master lagi. Work on lagi, ticket level pon dah makin increase. So tahu yang mana lemah and yang mana master. Lagi satu, attitude of my queue manager. Sangat bagus, tak pernah marah except for correction. Ape beza teguran, marah dan pembetulan? Approach mana korang paling prefer? Aku suka correction. Queue manager aku located at Brazil while me in KL office. Kalau nak communicate lively aku kena tunggu pukul 10pm then only boleh online chat or call. Well, sampai sekarang aku tak pernah jumpa or dengar suara dia. His attitude lagi, not even once he give me a pressure on resolve the ticket. As long as he know I’m working on something he will monitor silently. If there is no email triggered for certain period of times dia akan sent me an email Tanya “Dhee, are you ok? Do you need my help. Please know that I am always here to help you”. Bila aku dapat email ni, terus aku macam dapat semangat baru. Alhamdullilah. Aku mengharapakan kerjaya aku semakin baik dan aku boleh berbangga dengan kebolehan diri ini. Insyaallah ada masa, aku selit2kan info pasal SAP SD kt sini. Maybe aku akan buat pasal case study. Sebab dulu masa mula belajar, case study aku suka nak refer. Senang nak faham. Mudah mudahan..Doa-doakan saya sentiasa dipermudahkan k.
