le[as dah settle all the payment lawyer said the tunggu call dari valuation company untuk valuate rumah lagi sekali..ada sorang hamba allah tu cakap 1 kali valuation rumah dah cukup since masa rumah nak kena lelong rumah tu dah kena valuate.
Tapi dah lawyer suruh buat jugak2 and dia cakap x mahal pon cume 2-300 jew maka terpikir dalam hati x perla guna duit gaji jew ok..
then that person come and ask for deposit RM300.
